IMPORTANCE OF SHIFT-WISE ANALYSIS
At busy worksites, vehicles and heavy machinery change hands every shift, making operator accountability crucial for maintaining fuel efficiency and controlling costs. Instead of examining trends over an entire day, which may be averaged out by multiple operators handling the same HEMM, this automated analysis, performed within minutes of each shift end, creates clear operator accountability.
With the CSV file download feature, supervisors can log and analyze granular machine-wise data over several shifts, generating detailed trend analysis on fuel efficiency parameters.

OPERATIONAL KPIS
By combining key parameters such as run hours, idle hours, and fuel consumption, the report generates fuel efficiency metrics in litres per hour (LPH) and kilometres per litre (KMPL) for each vehicle. This provides valuable insights into the efficiency of each truck and machinery. Deviations from normal values are highlighted with color-coded heatmaps, facilitating immediate anomaly detection and action.
Fuel efficiency (LPH/KMPL) is incomplete without idling analysis. Truck and machinery idling is a double-edged problem, as idling lowers productive output while simultaneously wasting fuel by evading detection due to artificially lower LPH ratios. The interactive Idling Analysis feature provides quick detection of such cases. The convenient tabular format of our reports ensures easy interpretation and quick identification of issues for prompt resolution.
DATA CLEANING
Due to patchy cellular coverage, field IoT data is often riddled with data gaps, which can create anomalous results. Our algorithm automatically tags such HEMMs, ensuring these anomalous records don’t pollute the remaining data.
